How Does It Work?
The Digital Key can open any door you’d typically access with a key card, including:

· Fitness Center
· Self-service Laundry Room
After completing a digital check-in, guests can opt for the Digital Key feature during their stay. Once their room is ready on the day of arrival, a push notification will be sent to their smartphone, notifying them that the Digital Key is active.
To use, simply open the Hilton Honors app and, when within range of a compatible lock, press the unlock button to gain access. This feature is available throughout the property, eliminating the need for a traditional key card while ensuring a smooth and modern guest experience.
