We recently attended the Sho Majodzi Xibelani party, (vvip style courtesy of South African Tourism) in her home town of Elim (place of god) in Limpopo. the Xibelani Dance (shibelani) is an indigenous dance of the Tsonga women of the Limpopo Province in Northern South Africa, and Maya, as Sho is affectionately known is deeply entrenched in Tsonga culture, and she recently celebrated her birthday by throwing a village party to remember!
