FSG Limited Appoints Josephine Mothudi As Group Head Of People And Culture

FSG Limited is pleased to announce the executive appointment of Ms. Josephine Mothudi as Group Head of People and Culture. The appointment is effective 2 February 2026 and adds to the calibre and depth of the Group’s executive team tasked with delivering FSG’s ambitious and targeted growth strategy. 

Josephine is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience supporting business growth at both strategic and operational levels within multinational organisations. Her appointment reflects FSG Limited’s continued investment in leadership capability and organisational culture as critical pillars of long-term value creation, unifying the team that delivers results across the Group’s footprint in Botswana, Zambia and South Africa.

Josephine began her career with Barloworld Plascon as a Human Resources Manager and has since held senior leadership roles across diverse sectors. Most recently, she served as Southern Cluster Human Resources Director at G4S, leading HR operations across Botswana, Namibia, Malawi and Zambia, bringing valuable regional and multi-country experience to FSG.

She holds an MBA and BBA from the University of Botswana and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with the Paris School of Business. She is also a nominated member of the Industrial Court of Botswana and Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the Botswana Energy Regulatory Authority (BERA).
