FSG Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Alice Wellio-Moyo, FCCA, FCPA, to its Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1 February 2026. The appointment follows receipt of all requisite regulatory approvals.
The appointment forms part of FSG Limited’s deliberate and ongoing governance evolution and reflects a continued strategic build of Board depth – in tandem with strengthened executive capability – undertaken over the past year. It reinforces the Group’s commitment to institutional resilience, financial stewardship, and robust independent oversight as core pillars of long-term value creation. This progression comes as the Group continues to deepen its regional footprint and impact in insurance and risk solutions, with an established presence across Botswana, Zambia and South Africa, further necessitating strengthened governance and independent perspective at Board level.

Ms. Wellio-Moyo is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of professional experience. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Botswana Stock Exchange-listed real estate investment group, PrimeTime. She brings to her role on the Board deep expertise in financial strategy, governance, audit oversight, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance and corporate reporting across multi-sector and multi-jurisdictional contexts. Her appointment also marks a significant milestone for the organisation as the first woman to serve on the FSG Board, underscoring FSG’s intention to advance diversity not as symbolism, but as a governance and performance imperative.
Ms. Wellio-Moyo is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a Fellow Member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCPA).
