GetSure partners with Tsela Riders for sport development

A local insurance agency named GetSure officially announced its partnership with Tsela Riders Cycling Club on the 22nd of January 2020 at Avani Hotel. The partnership is of a 3 years period.

GetSure is dynamic and innovative insurance agency, underwritten by Hollard. The organisation is focused on serving both the banked and unbanked through affordable, reliable and inclusive insurance solutions. The GetSure products entail of legal aid, Motor Vehicle Insurance, Credit Life and Funeral Cover.

Speaking at the event, GetSure Deputy CEO, Mr. Marshal Chimedza said “We are currently working with our underwriter and Tsela Riders on an insurance product that will revolutionise insurance in the cycling community.

This will ensure we provide affordable bicycle insurance, which will assist cyclists in cases of accidents, theft and medical expenses. This is a symbol of our commitment to building the future of sports by supporting the cycling community.”

GetSure is committed to the development of sports in Botswana. Sport plays a vital role in positioning Botswana in both national and international competitions. Tsela Riders Cycling club hosts races which attract cyclists from the Southern Africa region. The club supports and promotes sports tourism and entertainment.

The GetSure- Tsela Riders 3-year partnership entails of monetary assistance to the club, which covers the new kit and expenses to compete national and international races. Speaking at the event, Tsela Riders Chairperson, Ediretse Ramahobo said “We are very excited, to have GetSure on board. This partnership is the first of its kind and we believe that both organisations will mutually benefit from it.”
