Yarona FM morning duo releases new collaboration with all-star cast

Yarona FM’s morning duo of Robbie Rob and Bad Boy Brando, affectionately known as “Stupid One and Two” on the Yarona Frequency Modulation (FM) spectrum are cooking up a storm of a surprise for the country courtesy of their upcoming musical project featuring four of Botswana’s musical heavyweights.

The musical project simply titled ‘Becoz of You’ by Robbie Rob and Brando feature four of BDub’s finest’ and has been hailed as an ingenious idea of the witty duo who command massive respect within Botswana’s morning airwaves as co-hosts of ‘The Feel Good Foundation’ on Yarona FM 106.6.

According to the duo, the highly anticipated project features crooner, Han-C of “Seileng” fame, alongside four-time #YAMAs nominee, Veezo, Bangu as well as Botswana’s high-riding female artist, Charma Girl.


Since Monday until today (Thursday), on ‘The Feel Good Foundation’ show, the pair has been sharing insights about the pleasant-sounding project as they highlighted any of the featured artists to the vast audience of the urban youth radio station.

Today, the duo will feature Charma Girl and straight after having a thorough banter about the project with the seasoned former Culture Spears lead singer drop the new song to the unsuspecting ears of the Botswana masses.


“We started with Veezo on Monday, followed by Han-C on Tuesday and yesterday it was Bangu. Today, (Thursday) we will have Charma Girl live on studio, where the new song will premiere straight after talking to her. It will also be playing for the first time on other local stations,” said Robbie Rob.

The new song dubbed “Becoz of You” is the latest offering from Robbie Rob and Bad Boy Brando and feature Charma Gal, Han-C, Veezo View and Bangu. The song was produced by Robbie Rob and Bangu, recorded at Heartbeat Studios and released under Faya Choon Republik.
