Connie Ferguson is saying goodbye to Generations

Connie who plays a character of Karabo Moroka left the show in 2010 and made a return in 2014 after the soapie revamped its cast. According to yomzansi.com, Connie will be leaving the soapie to pursue other projects including the upcoming new season of ‘RockVille. Generations confirmed the news with a statement:

‘It is with great disappointment that we have to announce the departure of the much loved Karabo Moroka played by the talented Connie Ferguson from Generations: The Legacy. Connie is working on a couple of projects that need her undivided attention; she has then asked to be released from her contract.’

She will still be seen on the soapie for the next couple of months, until her character is written out.
