BTC launches new revamped stores

Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) is on a journey to provide integrated and improved services to customers as well as cementing its clout as a service provider of choice across the country. The telecommunications company recently opened new and revamped stores in Lobatse, Palapye, Mahalapye and Selebi Phikwe, marking a total of eleven stores out of the twenty two across the country.

According to BTC, the new stores are part of the company’s wider move to refurbish all stores across the country to make them a lot more accessible and useable to customers.

“We want our customers to feel at home when they are in these shops as they get access to the best network services in the country,” said BTC recently.

BTC Managing Director, Anthony Masunga added that the store launches, mark yet another milestone in the BTC retail transformation journey towards excellence and the quest to enhance customer experience.

“The new stores will aid us in the delivery of our service promise to our customers by ensuring pleasant and exciting experience. Our mission is to provide better customer experience by bringing telecommunication facilities closer to the people.”

The new and revamped BTC stores are equipped with state of the art technology, offering the latest handsets and digital gadgets for an interactive experience.

The stores are more open and spacious allowing customers to walk in and interact with staff in a fresh environment.

“BTC mobile is celebrating 10 years of existence. As you know that we started as beMobile then in 2015 we merged with Botswana Telecommunications Corporations Limited to become one entity, and we are now proud to say that our mobile wing is celebrating 10 years offering the mobile network with amazing products and services.”

General Manager Customer Care (A), Goitseone Tshiamiso noted that BTC, which has the widest national network coverage will continue to respond to customer demands and strive for excellence in service delivery.

In line with the company’s brand promise to valued customers of enabling them to ‘Live Connected’, BTC will this Thursday (March 29th) invade Ghanzi and Kasane simultaneously on their retail transformation journey to enhance customer experience.
