FNB hosts First Wine Show, a two day delightful affair
Wine connoisseurs will be happy to learn that First National Bank (FNB) Botswana has partnered with Tamasa Trading and Dwine Wines to bring a selection of the finest wines at the two day event of wine and music, which gets underway today. The event, which is scheduled for this weekend (16th-17th) March 2018 will be held at the Gaborone International Conference Centre (GICC).
The first night (today) of the show will be an interactive session for FNB Premium Banking Private and Premier Clients while the Saturday event will be a more casual and relaxed affair open to the public for those interested in learning more about wines.
With the First Wine Show, FNB aims to engage with clients in a more relaxed setting to promote the FNB Premier and Private offering that comes with a variety of lifestyle benefits. The event also seeks to give the public an opportunity to taste and enjoy some of the best wines that South Africa has to offer, as well as a special treat, being three ranges of Prosecco from Italy.
“We are excited to host our customers to the First Wine Show. They can look forward to indulging in a selection of over 70 wines from 10 of South Africa’s top wineries. For us, this is not just an event, it is an opportunity to further engage with our customers in a more sociable atmosphere and showcase our value proposition,” said Boitumelo Mogopa, Retail Segment Director.
Along with sipping and swirling, visitors will get an opportunity to interact with the wine makers and tap into their expert wine knowledge. “The Saturday event is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased for P125 (early bird) through Webtickets or P150 at the entrance. Please also note that a variety of wines will be available for sale on the day.”
